The Village Academies located in East Harlem and is one of many schools the iT Program has helped over the years. With the help of donated computer equipment,student expertise and a new Promethean Interactive White Board, the Academy is using state-of-the-art teaching methods to suplement their structured curriculum which great sucess. Forest Park continues its student exchange program with Montrose Academy which is a secondary school in Angus, Scotland established in 1815. It has a school enrollment of about 1000 pupils ranging from S1 to S6, with a staff roll of 100. Classes are separated into 3 houses called Dun, Lunan and Esk with pupils from S1 and S6. The school's Rector is George Stachura. The Deputy Rector's are A. Shanks (Temporary Cover for B. Pandrich), Gordon Stewart, Anne Smith and Jim Dunbar.
